Can we change the name from "100 Miles of Hate Rivalry" to "100 Miles of Hate Bowl Game"?

As long as Ty Nix and Tommy West are on the staff I have no hope or expectation. Everyone in this conference understands that by this point.

If the most obvious coaching change that needs to be made is made then I may have hope again for the future.

Just wait. Wkcc might be the worst team on our schedule this year. Either way we'll be on opposite ends of the conference standings and that matters to dahbeed.

False. I've enjoyed the last 2 years of football more than any season of basketball including the Sweet 16 Courtney Lee season. And that was a fun team even if we couldn't beat South Al and relied on you to do it down in Mobile for us.

But this has been more fun. Not just the wins. The way we won. It was entertaining football. And it wasn't just a bunch of hook and ladders and flea flickers. Sure we love the trick play but down the stretch we'd just ram the ball down teams throats with our o-line and Ace Wales.

It's why I wrote a long post on Hilltopper Haven early last year and told people to enjoy the hell out of what we were witnessing that it doesn't come around often for fans.

I'd love our hoops to be relevant right now but they aren't. I have hope with the upcoming recruiting class but I'm not so sure what Stansbury can do with it to be honest. Not a lot if you go by the number of losses he racked up every year at MSU.

And nothing much eats at me anymore. I'm living a great life of retirement and have my first grandchild. She turned 4 months today. We start watching her 1 day a week next week.
