Game notes say he will and that everyone is healthy. I assume that excludes Garber.

RE: Lauf's Brother Scores 50
Lauf was selected first team all-state DII in basketball today. He was also all-state in soccer. BTW, Michigan signed a DIII college transfer this season because he was a great 3 point shooter, which Lauf is also. Averaged 25.9 ppg. I don't know Lauf's recruiting status, but after so many misses, K should consider him.

Last I heard, he wasn't being recruited by D1 schools. So some people want TK to offer someone who is not being recruited by other D1 schools? Aren't people already questioning TK's recruiting ability? And now some want him to recruit someone who isn't being recruited by other D1 schools?

Interesting question: is he planning to play college hoops, soccer or both? Maybe his soccer interest has turned off D1schools? Can't imagine a 26 ppg guy who is all-state in two sports isn't getting offers.

Maybe his grades aren't up to par. There's a lot that goes into a DI scholarship offer.

I'd be fine with it. But there are plenty of others who criticize TK's recruiting ability. And there are a handful of those same people who want him to recruit lil' Lauf...even though he's not being recruited by other D1 schools.
So they complain when he recruits guys who have other D1 offers but don't end up All-MAC, yet they want him to recruit someone who doesn't have D1 offers.

When a player's legacy is one of the scrappiest players ever been here, they show similar traits and they can put up 50 in a competitive league, these sort of conundrums aren't so far-fetched.
You concerned Coach might be persuaded by fan opinion or that he might see something other recruiters are missing? Seems we have a very good WR on watch lists, fits this bill. It happens.

8 3's and 28 total during play-offs against the team in the D2 state championship. 38 points when he met them in December.

Is there a scholarship available? Are there 2 available if Donnal decides to go to Toledo after UMs loss tonight?
With as many premature departures of premaddonas we have had over the years who have left or been asked to leave, why not take a chance on someone with hustle and can shoot like Lil' Lauf.

Isn't Jordan going to be a grad assistant next year? That could convince his brother to walk-on for one season if that's his best offer. My point has always been, don't under estimate a kid who is a two-sport all-stater who is a proven 3-point shooter. We couldn't use someone to come off the bench a few times a game and hit some threes?

OK, something weird here-ESPN highlight dunks, breaks soccer goal record by 33%, scores 26 a game. And NO soccer offers? NO D1 hoops offers? The showboat stuff does little for me but shouldn't be a factor in recruiting unless it's at the expense of his teammates. It's a puzzler.

If a walk-on steps in and sees minutes in his Freshman year, something is wrong.

Why would you say that? If you recall, Gene cross STARTED a walk-on! Oh, wait........
