AAC will never have an autobid to a NY6 bowl game.

You know your top dog when all of the little people come to see when you look human from time to time. Its very funny but it reinforces for me that we are on the right track.

Being the big dog comes with a certain responsibility . Part of that responsibility to is allowing the little people to hang out with the big people.

What these small schools cant understand is that the P6 label comes from Aresco and our AD's. People who know the sports business. If they are using the term P6 then we are getting closer to our goal of becoming the 6th power conference.

When these little schoolsn come to the board and gloat over the top schools in each of those divisions beating our mid tier teams you know that you are making people very nervous.

The truth is that the AAC is no longer in the G5 and that makes the little schools mad. Their mad because they know their schools are becoming less and less relevant in college sports. I would be full of envy as well. None of this changes the fact however, that the AAC has pulled away from everyone else.

When we land a big contract with ESPN in the next 6 months, and make more money and are seen by them as a P6 league then the little schools will only look smaller.

I for one am enjoying the melt down of the little ones. When they come over the board they get to feel what its like to be a winner for once. Cheers little people.

Problem is, Aresco has been claiming we are "power" since day one. And as a wag once said "if you have to say it, you ain't it". You never hear B1G fans trumpet being a power because it goes without saying.

Bottom line: We will never be a Power conference in any true sense of the word, meaning an NY6 auto-bid and $20m+ media deal. Those are the two things that define a power conference.

Not only is this a complete non-sequitur, probably uttered because everything I said is true, but you don't make sense even on those terms.

I've been a USF fan probably longer than you've been alive. And while I enjoy the competition in the AAC, especially football, the league obviously isn't where I want USF to be. It would shock me if it's where most ECU fans want to be.
