I dislike the possession arrow rule. I think all jump balls should be just that..

They're not "jump" balls anymore. They are held balls.

I dislike jumping because it greatly disadvantageous the short player who makes a great play. I also dislike alternating possession on every held ball. If a defender ties up a player with possession, it should be a turnover. Only loose ball tieups should be alternating possession.

I know they tried that a few seasons back but I think they gave up on it too quickly. They didn't allow the fans to adjust to it.
