I picked up a few 2-packs of purple and yellow from my local Dollar Tree yesterday!

Instead of tossing whole rolls, I break each one down into two or three. So with 6 two-packs, I should have 30-36 smaller rolls!

I thought I was the only parsimonious one on this board. Though, I still haven't separated 2 ply toilet paper to make 2 rolls.
