Meh, Memphis is a special case and is allowed to lose to CUSA.

As for who to root for in Navy/Tech. I generally root against Navy in every game off principle.

You know, the interesting thing is. My Grandfather served in the Navy. I just prefer Army. Unless the resident Army fan on the board drives me crazy, then go Air Force.

Let's not give the delusional AAC homers ammunition with silly talk. They're clearly the class of the G5 in terms of budgets and attendance and basketball, but they're kidding themselves thinking they're in the same galaxy as the Power 5 guys.

Yep. 90% of the daily crap they get nowadays is because they keep up this s**t smells like roses P6 bulls**t charade. They are the best G5 conference. That's not really in doubt or even debatable. Houston helped them maintain that once again this year. But they're far from P5.

Sure isn't helping them on the field now though.

Yuck. I'm not.

The superiority UCF tried to show last week makes it sweet to see AAC teams go down. Even if it means rooting for WKU. Even worse Loser Tech plays Navy. Really have a hard time rooting for tech.

Me too. Go TECH!!!!!

The only way these teams will get to "P6" status is if the P5 schools decides not to play G5 anymore and they move that conference up just so they can have more teams to play. I highly doubt that will happen.

Unless a SBC loss better serves CUSA's interest at the time, I usually root for SBC teams when they play AAC or MWC teams. I'm neutral in SBC vs MAC matchups.

They are cracking me up. The argument now is that they should not be playing "G4" teams in bowls since it turns out badly, only "P6" teams. 03-lmfao

RE: Over on the AAC board
Well another P6 got curve stomped by a lowly G5 last night. I have trouble pulling for CUSA in anything but after seeing the P6 bullxxxx I found myself hoping WKU would win and boy did they ever. Memphis looked like they were playing with 10 on defense all night.

I find myself rooting for Tech tonight. It's painful, but I'll soldier through it if it means smashing Navy.

RE: Over on the AAC board
Speaking of the AAC, their mods have officially declared that only P6 posters can actually start threads there. Threads started by the rest of you will get sent to other forums.

If those threads get sent here, we will be sending them back to the AAC board, where they belong, unless it is a clearly SBC related thread.

Looks like they're getting pretty crappy ROI on the gridiron minus about 3 wins this year.

I would contribute funds to such an endeavor.

Purely to watch them raise such a fuss over it.
