That guy is awesome....I remember seeing him play Team Penny and the Lawson's in AAU in one of the best performances I've ever seen. 47 today...I wonder if he would have been a Tiger if Cal was still here?

47 and the game winning 3...
That looked like an NBA with the skill level and athleticism of the players.

RE: Monk
Oh, I get it now. It took me awhile. Mention Penny, the Lawsons, the Tigers, and Cal and it's no longer NTR. Cool. I bet that will work on a lot of different posts. That's awesome!

They got him away from the Hogs after his brother Marcus, who controlled his recruitment, played for the Hogs. He played on the biggest stage in the land today and probably solidified as a top 3 pick in the draft depending on need of who is picking. I cannot imagin a team passing on him though.....

He played most of his high school career in central Arkansas. Then he was "moved" to Bentonville to be closer to Fayetteville. Bentonville is a football school, not basketball. Many then thought it was a done deal for the Hogs - Walmart, Tyson, etc. boosters. Best kid to ever come out of the state.
What happened? I don't know.

RE: Monk
Losing Monk will cost Anderson his job in the end.
The kid is the best player in the country, truly special. I think he'll be the #1 pick...keep seeing him in the #3-#5 range, i just don't get it. Lonzo Ball at UCLA is the only other player I'd even consider and his shot is funky.
