Russia conducted Psyops in the US in an attempt to influence the election, that I can believe in a heartbeat. Just like the US and probably every member of the UN Security Council does to other countries, (Israel anyone?)

Did they hack the DNC? And Podesta's f'n GMAIL account? Probably. Is that considered hacking the election? Absolutely not. If they were indeed responsible for that. That would be collecting information for use in their continued Psychological Operations.

Hacking the election would mean Russia infiltrated individual state election boards and digitally manipulated votes. There's just no way that happened without someone overtly detecting it. All hands were on deck across the public and private enterprises within the US actively hunting for those signs.
