RE: Bowl Prep
And how much of the early practices have been for the young kids who have been on the scout teams?

The seniors don't need a ton of practices to get ready, but good opportunity for the young kids to get reps early in the bowl preps before the regulars get into game shape.

RE: Bowl Prep
When does the team leave for the Island (Paradise Island)?

BTW, isn't it nice to have an indoor practice facility for weeks like this one? :)

According to the game notes looks like they leave Monday, practice Tuesday and Wednesday and there is a press conference Thursday.

Leaving Monday, coming back right after game. Last couple weeks have been for the younger guys, now starting to prepare for ODU just like a regular game.

I've read that these bowls are two-phases, i.e., like spring ball for scout team players and then phase two, game preparation, like a regular season game.
