Louisiana-Little Rock Men's BB Game Selected for ESPN2 Broadcast
Looks like the Cajuns and Trojans men's basketball game scheduled for January 2nd has been picked up by ESPN2.

Louisiana at Little Rock slated for primetime ESPN2 broadcast

After noting they mentioned the January 16th date as having another SBC match up, I wonder which game that day will be chosen for broadcast.

Georgia Southern vs ULM (home)
Texas State vs Troy (home)
UT Arlington vs South Alabama (home)
Georgia State vs Louisiana (home)

Since ESPN rarely chooses the same team twice, my best guess would be UTA at USA.

That would be my guess as well unless the Cajuns haven't lost again by then.

ESPN will have to select the game within the next couple weeks.

I expect it ti be UTA. They've got some impressive wins and were the preseason pick to win the conference.

UTA @ South Alabama on January 16 was the second pick-up by ESPN.

Some definite risks with that game. UTA is very good, and South can't shoot. If UTA has an off night, that's going to be one ugly game to watch. If UTA is on, it's probably going to be a clinic

Cajuns/Georgia State is the better game, but they don't want to sow the Cajuns twice

Likely, but I'm not gonna complain about another ESPN2 appearance. Now just got to figure out where to eat that night to catch the game.

Once the Rose Bowl ended they moved the Sugar Bowl back to ESPN and the basketball game came on ESPN2. It was a snoozer. The Cajuns were up by 20 most of the game.
