Comparatively, there has been very little rumors/chatter regarding the coaching search. Not sure if that is a good or bad sign. The names you see the most are Levine, Helton, and Warriner. Who knows.

I would be extremely underwhelmed if we went with Warriner.

Ours won't be anywhere in the vicinity of the Kiffen or Davis hire. Not splash wise anyway.

I'm okay with that. I honestly just don't want Warinner. I just think he's a bad fit.

I'm hearing Helton. I'm okay with him. I pretty much trust our AD to make the right move whether it's Helton or someone else. I just don't want Warinner.

Helton, though gone a year to USC gives us some stability to what we've been doing. And we've been doing okay doing it this way. I've heard the players really like Helton. Of course you don't make a hire just to make players happy. But I wouldn't mind some continuity.

No need for WKU to make a hire like Kiffen or Davis. Your program is two time consecutive Champions. You guys just need a good coach to step in and keep it going.

My guess is that WKU will make a thoughtful hire, a fiscally smart hire, find a grad QB and keep the ball rolling 8-9 wins.
The two FL retreads finish with 4-5 wins and cost their schools short and long term.

What are WKU fan's thoughts on Bobby Petrino's brother Paul who is at Idaho? Granted he doesn't have the name value of Bobby but the success he had at Idaho shows he has the know how... or is he not even on the radar?

We have a QB next season as long as White comes back which I would think he would.....Helton I am kind of meh about, then again he could have been way more involved at both USC and WKU then it appears, I have no idea?
