And there it is, they will do anything to overturn the election. Podesta is being deceptive, there no evidence that the vote has in any way been touched, nor has the CIA concluded that.

I've rather enjoyed the couple of electorates trying to defend not voting in Trump tomorrow...

it's tantalizingly laughable at best....

Even in the event electors do decide not to vote for Trump, they won't be casting their vote for Hillary instead. She has no path to the White House.

wasn't implying that....they're trying to make the argument for a more 'educated and qualified' person....

like that even exists in any context as fact....

they're just a couple of dopes that shouldn't be electors....

I didn't even read your post, so I wasn't responding to you. I was just making a statement.

They certainly look like fools to me and many of us, but I never doubt that they have some kind of "end game" in mind.

Anyone else suspicious or a little uneasy that they may actually attempt some kind of extra-Constitutional, never seen before in U.S history, maneuver to declare the election null and void and make demands for another "special election"?

I wouldn't put it past them, and there is NO WAY they are pulling all these shenanigans in a good faith attempt to ensure the "legitimacy" of the Nov 8 results.

No way. They don't operate that way.

Perhaps this is being done in order to convince the electors that the election results are not clean, and to make it easier for them to select someone else... somebody said they suggest voting for a Kaisch/Romney ticket instead....

CIA has not confirmed or denied they actually said they thought the Russians were influencing, this is from a "anonymous" source.

Clinton is just begging to have a "special prosecutor" appointed on her case.

Whatever her endgame is, she better hope she wins.

So he gained a couple hundred votes in Democratically controlled Milwaukee. HRC was up a net 25 prior to that.

Actually I do concur that they have an end game in mind. But to try to directly invalidate an election seems lacking any Constitutional legitimacy.

I suspect that they are attempting to develop a narrative wherein Trump's victory is questionable and may be invalid and therefore the Dems will have a duty to oppose everything that he attempts to do that is not congruent with a Hillary administration. So they can oppose any SCOTUS nomination. They can oppose any attempt to repeal ACA and Dodd-Frank. They can claim that any executive orders that Trump issues to overturn an Obama exec order, is invalid.

This is just them loading the cannon with fodder. But it may be as simple as preparing an argument for the next election cycle in 2018 or even the next Presidential in 2020.

It's a losing strategy. It would also be destructive to the country but as we all know, for Democrats it's team over country.

Time and money well spent.

Anyone who donated to this farce should repeatedly hit themselves in the forehead with a 2x4. Stupid should hurt.

If Republican Electors were to select some establishment Republican over Trump it would be the end of the Republican Party. Finis. Over. Done.

Yea, that seems a more reasonable strategy for them to perhaps be pursuing. I just didn't like it when zerO decides to get in there and demand this investigation or whatever it is be complete prior to inauguration day.

DeeCee doesn't do anything that fast, they can't even produce e-mails in under 2+ years.

So, what's the significance of that specific date?
