I'm thinking the band should go. All 10 buses (or however many they're taking these days.)

Also, 'all your bison are belong to us' works.. Just sayin'.

It would be excellent if we could get the band there! Due to travel time/cost I suspect it may not be feasible to get many there, but the Bison are required to provide seating for all who do go under NCAA rules. A 450 member band would make more noise (even just clapping) on defense than they've heard in that dome for a long time.

RE: Fargo Roll Call
I am looking forward to being in the FargoDome when the Bison's championship streak ends next weekend. wouldn't miss it.

I will be flying from DCA to Fargo. Looked at the MSP flights but that drive is rough. I did it earlier this year for work and it's a long drive in good conditions. I'm about 3 hours south of Fargo this weekend and it's been blowing snow with temps hovering around 0 all day with windchill at -17 and I wouldn't want to drive in it for very far. Hopefully next weekend would be better. Last week snow/wind closed a bunch of the roads in ND. Sorry to be a downer about driving, but it can be rough in the winter.

Anyone know if there is going to be an "official" hotel? anyone booked a room yet?

Just booked.

Flying from philly to Fargo through Minneapolis. Staying at four points Sheraton and coming in Thursday and back out Sunday. Figured I'd make a trip of it.

730 bucks all in.

No, i wish there was a direct. I'll be on Delta (have a ton of miles to burn) so will have to connect in MSP.

I really hope so. Honestly.

My Duke Club rep emailed me and said they were thinking about a charter flight. $1000 round trip (includes ticket to the game). I presume hotel is not in the cost.

I can't go, but if there is enough interest, I'd recommend you call the DC en masse and see what they can do about putting together a charter. I didn't look at the price of flights to Fargo, so I don't know if that's a good deal or not.

RE: Fargo Roll Call
So, a few months ago, I contacted the folks at the private airstrip in Bridgewater. I was asking about a charter to Orlando next Spring. They worked a deal for 100 people
@ $500 per, but that was also for parking a plane for a week down there. Think we could get 100 people on one from there?

By the way, it's not Weyers Cave. It's literally right at the end of BC's football field. Google it.

candlewood suites is right at the tailgate lot but away from.nighttime partying. Raddisson is only thing downtown or HODO. Ubers are cheap if you end up out by the mall

raddison or hodo downtown has all the bars and brewerys on broadway. about 20-25 of them.

candlewood is perfect for tailgating walking to dome as is homewood suites as well (2 blocks from tailgate and a bwws right there)

RE: Fargo Roll Call
Contrary to information posted by a Bison fan, there may be more than 500 tickets available.

* JMU will be provided minimally a block of 500 seats to sell/use.
* NDSU must provide additional seating for all band members that attend, independant of the first block.
* The game is technically not yet a sellout, and any seats unclaimed by season ticket holders will go on sale to the public at 8am Wednesday
http://gobison.com/news/2016/12/10/footb...dison.aspx

Just want to get this information out there in case we have more demand than expected for this game.
