MyBB Alabama coach "very concerned" about Nick King
King has lost 10 pounds in the last 10 days, and undergoing a battery of tests. Hope everything is alright with the kid.

I hope so, as well. Just one more high-level recruit that Pastner ran off.

I agree I hope he is well...

I don't think any coach would have been able to keep King around if King didn't get enough playing time and looking at his PT at Bama with a year to work on his game it is appearing that he really didn't deserve it.

I hope the kid is ok. That said, I don't get the fascination with him as a college basketball player. The holes in his game were pretty obvious. As a player you are responsible for putting in the work to fix them. Playing time should be earned.

He left looking for more playing time. Pastner did not seem to run him off. The fact that he hasn't been able to get playing time at two schools now should be an indicator as to his need for improvement.

Not everything is Pastner's fault. Just because a kid is from Memphis shouldn't guarantee playing time.

If this report in true, I don't think now is the time to be critiquing his BB skills. Prayers to Nick-that is not good if true.

Cancer/leukemia was my first concern. Hopefully we're all wrong and it's something that can easily be remedied.

Gastrointestinal more than likely

A good customer of mine has diverticulitis. Amazing how much of that is going around these days

I know for a fact is not normal at all. Unintentional weight loss is very scary and many times has a bad outcome. So maybe we should just say a small prayer for Nick.
