He has not been apprehended, but a federal grand jury indicted him this week for illegal re-entry after deportation. Villasenor-Saucedo was last deported from the U.S. on May 13, 2013, the Justice Department said.

If he had taken a 174grain 7.62x51mm Sierra Matchking hollow point boat tail to center mass as he illegally entered the country he wouldn't have killed those women either and my tax money wouldn't be going towards feeding and housing him. You can buy the bullets for the rounds at $45 per hundred direct from Sierra and the military loads them themselves so it might cost us at most $2 a pop to end the illegal immigration problem.
