Wheel of Meat Coaching Poll
So as of 12/7/16, who do you think (not hope) we are going to announce this week (and yes, I think the announcement comes prior to the recruiting dead period that kicks off on 12/12/16)?

I'm going with Luke Fickell. I have to admit i like that he is publicly lobbying for it through certain channels.

Fickell. Strong to USF, Coombs at osu, Fleck wants p5. Very little said about the field.

I believe at the end of the day it will be Fickell because he will want the job the most and he is an Ohio guy. Fleck remains a wildcard just for the fact he is the best looking steak left on the "wheel of meat" and he has not publicly said he is not interested in UC.

Give me the field. Feels like it will be someone out of left field. Paul Petrino, Tee Martin, Major Applewhite or someone that will send most to wikipedia.

I went with Fickell - he wants to be here evidently and he has decent qualifications, and he is from Ohio. And I think he would be better than Coombs.

Since I believe Murphy was an optimist, my vote for the field probably ensured that Fickell will be the new head coach

I have a feeling it will be someone whose name has not been mentioned much, if at all.

Rick "This is a disssgrace" Minter?

Did anyone else see the hit piece our lovely Enquirer did on him today? It's terrible. Out of the blue, someone at the Enquirer decided they were going to publicly shame Rick Minter for currently making a small salary at his current job as a position coach at Georgia State. Why embarrass the man? Whoever wrote and published that piece should be ashamed.

EDIT: I don't want to provide a link because they don't deserve the page clicks.

It seems like it was less a hit piece and more of a embarrassingly awful, incomplete piece. I believe they were trying to say that Minter accepted the position because he wanted to be closer to his son, who is also a coach there. They never actually said that. It was just horrible and without any context whatsoever.
