We can all move on to better things...with no hard feelings. Last thing you all want is a civil war during one of the best times of your EMU lives.

Exactly. Ignore superdowner. He's apparently still upset about Trump, as well as our winning season.

Let him wallow in his own misery, as we appreciate this fantastic season!

And the added benefit of getting extra practices, really like having an extra "spring ball" but with a bonus.

There is no evidence that EMU is ponying up money to send fat cats to the game.

Once again(!!!), on the Internet we need to be careful about things someone might be 90% sure of vs. PURE SPECULATION with NOTHING EMPIRICAL behind it. Once in a while, folks talk. There is information which are well 'sourced.' To the best of my knowledge no one in the athletic department is talking about this kind of stuff.

On the other hand, the athletic department can do things AT Rynearson. There are 'Eagle Pride' suites. The athletic director has her suite. On the road, the road team gets a suite or something like that (EMU athletic director) from the home team.

Whether or not, the stadium in Nassau, which is basically a glorified T&F stadium has any prime seating, I doubt it. Most of Nassau isn't rich. This isn't Jerry's World (Jerry Jones in Dallas), Ford Field, etc. etc. It is a stadium which makes Rynearson look good.

On another note, I have no idea what the 'fat cat' schools, UofM, ND, etc. do for their bowl games.

If they do something I'd have no idea. Don't travel in those circles.

And won't speculate other than to say, if UofM were to play at AT&T in Dallas MAYBE UofM would get some suites. Maybe the 'fat cats' could get invited to them. That is different then UofM paying travel expenses.

And, if anyone cares, try to ask someone who knows.

Someone might ask the WMU fans what or how their AD handles any suites, etc. at Ford Field for the MACC.

Were 'fat cats' invited to be guests there? Were they invited to BUY seats there?

Usually that kind of stuff is 'contractual' - the AD of the competing schools might receive (specify) and they are pretty much free to utilize as they see fit.
I was talking about the " fat cats" doing the ponying like when i buy tickets and donate them back so someone else can go. Talk about reading something that is not there he just did.07-coffee3
So you have been told that 'fat cats' have donated $3 million to EMU so that people can attend the bowl game? Thats huge news. Halle donated only $1 million for a whole library--and he is a billionaire.

Wtf are you talking about!
