The day I stop watching football would be the day Shiano was hired by USF.

I know some Temple fans wouldn't like it but I'd take Schiano in a heart beat.

Houston/Miles
Temple/Riley
USF/strong (most obvious and best fit for him)
Cincy/kiffin

Has Strong been tied to any interviews. I think He sits out a year and collects his 10 mill.

None of the above will be at UC, will be $OSU, Fickell or Coombs......or both.

If Temple can get Schiano, they need to do so. He is a very good coach and I don't think that you would see a drop-off performance-wise under his watch.

Lane Kiffin to USF sounds like a great fit. He can recruit his ass off and no one doubts his OC abilities. The question is "can he manage a program?"

There are reports that Lincoln Riley "nailed" his interview at Houston. He's young but I have no doubt that he has what it takes to lead a program.

I honestly have no idea who would work well at Cinci. Fleck sounds like he may be staying at WMU but maybe he can be lured away (?).

This group of coaches would be widely hailed as an overall upgrade for the AAC in general, especially perception wise. No regular g5 conference could lose then reload with that type of talent. Maybe these trying times can end up being the best thing to ever happen to us. WMU getting the cotton bowl and causing a price crash on the tickets along with a possible ratings crash will garuantee that we'll never be usurped by the g4s again outside of bsu, and the ability to upgrade with still relevant young coaches from p5s should be an incredible lift perception wise also04-cheers

Kiffin is a train wreck...failed at everything he ever did...until getting on Saban's staff..

Strong can't keep his dick in his pants... failed at Texas partly for this reason... His philandering was a behind the scenes cancer at Texas.

Schiano. When he coached the Bucs he was a failure...his players wanted to slice his ass. He threw his supposedly drug addled QB under the bus...

Miles. I don't know any negatives on him.

That's what Tech thought about Kingsbury. I think there is something to be said for having a few more years of experience. You see more situations, more styles of head coaches up close, and you build a larger network of colleagues from which to ultimately construct a staff of your own. The last factor might be the most important.

Schiano and Kiffin. Two guys you just can't trust 100%. Something shady about them.

I'd be all over PJ Fleck, but I think he wants a big time job next.

Strong wouldn't need to learn a new hook 'em horns gesture.

Personally, I'm hoping USF hires Kiffin or schiano.

I think he is making a big mistake. No way WMU matches 13-0 again so he will lose his luster
