This is like recruits committing to a school that's not P5, all in, getting fan bases and current players all excited of how great things are gonna be, and then WHAM, a P5 comes a calling and screw you, I'm outta here. Why even have contracts for these coaches, when they're nothing more than a worthless piece of paper, but, fire me and you owe me money. One sided.

Good point, considering 19 of 64 P5 schools have changed coaches in the past 2 seasons (30%)

This all does really suck though. Because all that has been proven is that the AAC is really a good football conference and teams have been playing just fantastic football but in the end it just doesn't matter anymore. Just so disappointing that you can have schools that play and work harder and better than the big schools but money matters the most in the end.
