I think he'd be a good fit at a number of AAC schools, Houston in particular. Despite his past failures and mishaps I'd put money on him being successful in his next head coaching job.

Lane Kiffin will be a head coach at a Power 5 school, maybe as soon as Alabama wins yet another national championship in January.

Looks like Houston's big buyout push is going to keep Lane Kiffin away.

The guy would be lucky to get another head coaching job. Yet he won't take a gig that won't let him leave right away for a bigger one? How presumptuous of him to think he'd even be a successful HC after never proving to be a successful HC. Houston shouldn't touch Kiffey with a 10 foot poll.

It's possible, but UH stated a few days earlier that they would make sure the next HC had a really large buyout.

When you can't work for Al "just win, baby" Davis you can't work for anybody.

They kicked him off the team bus at Southern Cal.
