Just kidding. I guess Boswell hurt his abdomen somehow and was inactive for the Steelers game today. The Steelers brought in Bullock to replace Boswell - hopefully it's just a one game deal.

Maybe the Texans could use one of them.

75src - absolutely.

Bullock missed a 43 yarder at the end of the Texans game tonight (kicking for Cincinnati now - wide right) to let Houston back into the playoffs. The funny thing is I believe the NFL.com graphic they use for him is still him in a Texans uniform.

Covington in the playoffs. Willson in the playoffs. A couple others are still in the mix for making the postseason (Boswell and Gaines). I think that's everyone??

Jordan Taylor, albeit slim chance. Sendejo no more as Vikings collapse continued.

Boswell and Gaines are in. I think the AFC's 6 playoff teams are all set. It's kind of interesting that you've got three A-list quarterbacks (Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger and Alex Smith - although I realize he's quite a bit behind those two on his resume) and then three back-up QB's now thrust into the starting spots in Matt Moore, Tom Savage and Matt McGloin.

Texans will probably host the Chiefs again in the first round of the playoffs. Let's hope it's not as ugly as last year if you're a Texans fan. It could also be Oakland coming to NRG if KC wins the division over Oakland (the Raiders would have to lose at Denver next week and KC win at San Diego).

Jordan Taylor and the Broncos are out.

I don't know if Gaines has played much since the previous meeting with Denver, but IMHO, he got a raw deal. He got torched a couple of times in the game, but he also prevented at least two touchdowns (one TD subsequently scored in the same series). He got the blame for getting beat a couple of times, but there were at least a couple of times when the safety clearly made a mistake on the route. Once, he looked really bad, letting a ball over his shoulder for a long reception.

IF the decision to bench him came from only one game, I think it's a mistake given the overall performance of the backfield in that game.
