So, UConn is the worst football and near-worst basketball team in this conference this year........and the biggest whiners about being in a better conference? :)
.........just kidding, but only about one of the three.

Cincinnati was an embarrassment this year and I will not watch a single game next year if Tuberville is on the sidelines. Optimistic about the future of the conference though, even if I'm down on my squad.

Interesting in many of these posts that Memphis apparently gets no credit for beating the conference champ, beats the self-proclaimed cream of the conference in UH, comes within a pass interference at the 3 yard line (not called) of beating USF, and was the only AAC school to play the best of both divisions.

Congratulations on all of that.

In all seriousness, I will miss playing Memphis the next 2 years.

There's a lot of close calls and what-ifs in this game. See Tulsa for example.

Well, whatever. We lost to the champ with 1 freaking second left after leading the entire game. It doesn't matter at this point.

Memphis had another good year, gotta admit it

This conference needs UC, ECU, and UCF to start to contribute again

I have no idea how to rank this conference anymore after this loss. Navy smashed or beat every other team except Temple and USF. But they just lost to Army, who also beat Temple.

I throw my hands up in confusion.

I agree , there has been some real head scratchers this season. Outside of Alabama I don't consider many games upsets right now.

This is what the league gets for robbing Tulsa and having officials that favored Navy. The league wanted the championship game on the East coast and they paid for it.

Oh geez, if Tulsa was any good they would have blown everyone out and at least not let Ohio State run away with the game. Don't let things come down to a controversial play or two, I'm sure Tulsa has been the beneficiary of a bad call or two.

Tampons are on sale at the dollar store.

They only had maxi-pads.

I do wonder though what could have been.If Tulsa beats Navy and Houston and managed to win the CCG we could have represented the conference in the Cotton Bowl. Those calls kinda cost the whole conference. It's just a bummer.

Agree. We probably wouldn't have even needed the UH win though. If we had beat Navy + Temple we'd be in.

You would not have beat Temple.
