Coach Buggs tweeted a couple of hours ago that we got a new DB commitment.

I think he was referring to prviously reported Lance Boykin, who is a CB/WR.

Yesterday morning Anthony Hill, 6'3", 250 ILB from Hyattsville MD (DeMatha) was added to our "Crystal Ball" list of player predictions. Perhaps it was him?

There was a family in front of us talking about a new commit, a db from MD, I think. Anyone have any deets?

I think we will enjoy watching this young man play. I wish he was a little faster than his posted 4.7, but he is not timid, he seems to have a high football IQ with a knack for being in the right place at the right time, and he has a nose for the ball. I predict he has a good, strong four years as a Monarch.

Still doing well recruiting the DC area.

What we need desperately are WR playmakers. We should scour the JuCos for some immediate help. UAB seems to be getting most of them in CUSA.

I agree we need them. But with Duhart, Fulgham, and Harper back to go with all the young guys we have on the roster; we just may be in good shape. We have a lot of you talented freshman, it just hasnt clicked yet. (Todd looks decent tho).

Colbert came in with some hype and Mayo might be the best WR recruit we’ve had.

It might be too early to expect Colbert and Mayo to contribute next year. If Fulgham can figure it out and Todd continues to develop, then we should be ok. Ellison is a bitter disappointment. Do you know the story there?
