Arizona Bowl
The AZ Bowl will be streamed by Campus Insiders. They are on Roku and other OTT devices in addition to the website.

Also, American Sports Network will broadcast on OTA TV. Here is a list of stations that is going to broadcast the game. More is continually being added.

RE: Arizona Bowl - Where to watch
Here some general info about the bowl and some of the events. More is discussed during the q&a.
The stream on campus insiders will have refs wearing go pro cameras and also provide a 360 view and VR. So you'll be able to see the refs point of view during the game.
I guess I'm going to have to stream and watch it on my local OTA station.

A look at attendance numbers for each game played in the 2016 bowl season so far. #NOVAAZBowl currently at 31,000

Looks like this years tickets paid will be much better with AF in the game and playing against another conference.

RE: Arizona Bowl
Bowl was well attended at 33,868. Great for the second year bowl and between two g5 schools.

Also, while we probably won't know how many watch via TV on ASN, the stream by Campus Insiders had 49,469 total views. While watching, The stat I saw was 5,235 at peak for viewers on at the same time. At least on the Livestream site. Not sure if those numbers included the twitter and Facebook streams.....most likely they did.
