For UCF:

No doubt, the Griffin Twins. They've got that first spot CB / LB on lockdown.

Jamiyus Pittman might make 2nd or 3rd... maybe Trysten Hill (both DLine) but they've been quiet the past few games.

Aside from that... Akins? Trequan? (TE / WR) no idea.

Most of our OL should make first or second team.

RB -James Flanders - 1st
RB - DeAngelo Brewer - 3rd
WR - Keevan Lucas - 2nd (Could be first IMHO since he leads the league in receiving TD's)
WR - Josh Atkinson - HM
QB - Dane Evans - HM (We simply haven't needed him to throw for a ton of yards. Stiff competition as well)

On defense I'm not quite sure. My candidates
DL - Jesse Brubaker
DL - Jeremy Smith
LB - Trent Martin

Also our Kicker Redford Jones is 3rd in FG percentage and hasn't missed an extra point, so I'd say 3rd team of HM.

WR-Anthony Miller 1st team

theres going to be debates about wr and rb when its released

zay jones is a lock, then 5 wr are fighting for the other spot (Rodney adams, courtland sutton, keevan lucas, anthony miller, noel thomas)

Zay Jones obviously, and then past that I'm not sure any ECU player deserves to make a team. JT Boyd might make one of the teams just because they love to reward senior OL with that kind of stuff, but that's about it. Maybe Colby Gore makes all freshman team but even that is questionable.

I'm probably missing quite a few but Temple seems to be a very balanced team with not too many all league players.

As much as I like Ward (right up there with Keenum), Will Worth was a freakin' bulldozer, threw the ball well, and kicked everyone's ass. Hate him, but he is First Team QB.

Ward, Evans, Flowers, Worth, and Ferguson all deserve recognition at QB. Nice league for quarterbacks.

I think Shaquem Griffin is the only 1st team lock from UCF and Trequan Smith(if only he had a better QB throwing to him) should be 1st/2nd Team, imo. Adrian Killins might be 1st/2nd Team KR. Shaquill Griffin as a 2nd Teamer and Pittman could be a fringe 2nd/3rd Teamer depending on how much they factor in how he played while healthy. Tony Guerard could maybe sneak up there too, imo. Lots of options for all-freshmen though.

I agree that those are all good players. However how did the Cougars finish 4th in their division with all that talent manning 10 of 22 stating positions? We know it wasn't coaching issues.

For Memphis, I believe that:
WR Anthony Miller deserves very strong consideration for 1st team in a crowded field
PK Jake Elliott should be unanimous

Too many good players in the conference to go much beyond that. Conference-wide there are easily dozens that enter the conversation for second team.
