NU pucks w/ big win over #11 Minnesota
NU with a great come from behind win over #11 Minnesota at Matthews last night.

Down 4-2 in the 3rd period and scored 4 goals to win going away.

This team is winning games in spite of its goal tending, in spite of having no scoring depth.

But we have 3 of the top 5 scoring leaders in the league at this point of the season.

Sikura and Gaudette have been fantastic together on the first line. They clearly are two of the most talented forwards we've seen at NU in quite a while.

And we just got back John Stevens and we'll still be without his brother Nolan until January.

But Ruck has to get the cobwebs out of his head between the pipes, or the offense will be wasted.

Sucks this game was played during the holiday weekend. The Doghouse was sparse with student home for holiday.

Tough loss to BC last night but we are playing alright so far. Missing the Stevens brothers has been rough, glad Jon is back. Nolan was awesome last year, hoping he gets healthy soon.

Tuesday night games are awful. BC couldn't find another day to play North Dakota, so our weekend series got booted to Tuesdays...yuck. Tough way to lose too, late short handed goal. Nothing new to a NU fan though.

That was a dreadful loss. Giving up a shortie the last minute of regulation?

Ruck plays his best game in goal and we only score one goal?
