Great opportunity for Rice to get a signature win. I hope a flood is coming since it might rain.

Ouch. When you just look at the stats like this guy does, it could be very ugly and worse than the 35 point spread. Although a 75% chance of rain should be an advantage for a lower scoring game and opportunity for a Rice cover and moral victory.
