We have to stop kicking long FGs on 4th and short. Fricano not reliable enough from deep. I think Roback could gain 4 yards with his legs.

OL penalty just cost us the drive, and even 3 points. Just terrible.

Not to mention right after Kilby torched CMU in the middle of the field. So frustrating.

CMU is too good of a team to have us beat ourselves with penalty calls, what happened to our run game?

RE: Game Day: CMU
Great first half defense, held them to 7. Sloppy, penalty filled offense, with a turnover thrown in. Should be up by at least another TD.

Hopefully DeBoer and the O doesn't go into their 2nd half funk like last week. We can certainly score on this CMU defense.

We're up, but so frustrating to watch at times.

Let's just get the win! We'll take a 14-7 first half.

Agreed. I don't think we ran the ball (outside of Roback scrambles) at all on our last two possessions. Hopefully we don't fall in love with airing it out every play, or we could have a repeat of last week.

I suspect we'll see a Ken Barna trick play in the 2nd half.

Turner has played, looks fine, let's get the run game going with him. Nice first couple drives for Banham. These stupid penalties kill the tempo and flow of the drives and force us to throw.

Coaching adjustments will tell the tale in the second half. No excuses not to win this game. We're in perfect position to end the season on a great note.

Let's get it done boys!

That pass to Banham was perfection. Too bad we stalled out on the red zone. 17-7.

Hopefully Gardner can come back. Armstrong looked overmatched at tackle.

Blatant PI on the first throw. Terrible drop on the 3rd throw. Left another 4 points on the field.

Gotta give it up to the defense. This is the best we've tackled since the Wyoming game.
