Tech fans that thought the Bulldogs were going to come out rolling against Southern Miss especially after the bye week haven't been paying attention.

I thought they'd give us a game, but I didn't see this coming. Don't understand why we can't handle business after a bye. Hopefully this humbles our players who got cocky. We'll need that next week.

To anyone who says this isn't a rivalry, I saw a game that was played like a rivalry. I haven't watched USM's other games, but I feel like this must be the best game they've played all year, except maybe Kentucky during the comeback. They showed up to play Tech.

USM fans were lighting me up on Twitter, which actually made me laugh somehow and cheered me up. Figure that one out haha

But anyway at least we have another bowl eligible team. If UNT/UTSA handle business we'll fill our tie-ins.

Terry Bradshaw and Phil Robertson both played QB for La Tech. Bradshaw was Robertson's backup at one point. Robertson allegedly had an offer from an NFL team (the Redskins I believe) but Robertson chose to quit football.
