Agree. Apparently he was given releases for schools near his family's home and that included Toledo, BG and EMU.

Not disputing he is play just pointing out he is legit 3 star recruit that would be great potential replacement for Tallman

He has several different classes of options:

1). Ivy league, FCS FB. Excellent academics,

2). MAC FBS FB.

4). Service academies.

5). Plan B option with maybe a few P5 FBS schools.

I do like that we are getting an official visit (OV) and late in the recruiting cycle.

I have reason to believe that Duiely wasn't in the best graces with the staff. Maybe he left based on mutual wishes.

Justice Williams never cracked the 2-deeps (correct?) and seemingly has new recruits ahead of him. If he was still considered a DE there are many ahead of him including new recruits.

Could this be a playing time transfer situation????

I do like the split signing periods for the reasons we are seeing play out.

We picked up a bunch of mid-year JUCOs, a grad transfer, maybe one or two high school mid-year grads and now are picking up additional scholarships to give out in a few weeks

There appears to be some very good prospects interested in signing with EMU next month.

It doesn't appear we'll have the 'reaches' like we did in previous years where coaches go after lesser recruits to fill out the big classes (say 20 - 25 LOIs).
