It is becoming more and more obvious that Pastner was able to make great players good and good players bad. I'm glad little goody two shoes has moved on.

2 points, 1 board today against Duke. 11 minutes. Maybe he was hurt.

Iverson wasn't too bad a loss in the big scheme but combine that with Pookie, Magee, Nick King, Woodson, Nichols.....wow....

I think there is some truth to that, but I also think Pastner trusted the recruiting agencies and didn't/couldn't evaluate talent on his own.

There were a few highly rated guys who didn't perform here and are struggling elsewhere as well.

It is incredible the bitterness some of you folks carry. Pastner and Tubby are probably more similar than you think. For example, Clergeot was suspended for a game due to missing a class...

Most coaches would suspend a kid in that situation, and that's good. But that, in every way, is where the similarity between pastner and Tubby ends.

Reasoned discussion concerning Pastner was and is a no go.

Nasty, he was the worst ever, let me get my internet high fives by containing to insult an incredibly decent young man, the only go.

Which of course, must mean, gee you loved Pastner beyond all belief, because the idea that you believe he fell short and it was time for a change but that the insults were disproportionate has no place.
