I think we're fine. Not the best we've played but give Buffalo a little credit; they've sold out against the run and with a slippery ball it has paid off despite Terrell delivering good balls.

Defense looks good after the first drive or two.

We're in good shape and the run D looks improved, I'm much happier seeing that.

It's official. The best thing for me to do is avoid reading the game thread until halftime just to avoid "The sky is falling" talk. We know the team sleep walks through the first part of games until the coaching staff makes adjustments. This game, while on a bus I chose to follow gamecast on ESPN.com during the first half and it was well worth it. I knee the down, yards to go, the score and time left and didn't have to bite my fingernails worried we were down 75-0.

Also of note: Oregon just took the lead over #12 Utah with two seconds to go. But the committee will probably only penalize the Utes about three ratings notches due to a "quality" loss to a 3-7 P5 team going into the game.
