It's interesting to think about. Is he more doing it for the pleasure of knowing that he was able to ruffle some feathers with his words? Is he more doing it to abate the anger he feels when seeing the picture? Both? Something else?

Don't know Kap personally, but I SERIOUSLY doubt seeing that sign makes him "angry".
