Recruiting Updates
Does anyone have any info on how the basketball recruits visits went? Do we expect them to commit/sign?

RE: Recruiting Updates
Luis Hurtado has committed. Hopefully he's signing today. According to 247 sports, he had offers from Maryland, Florida St, Georgia, and USC.

RE: Recruiting Updates
We still have 2 available. With one of those, we need to get an immediate impact big IMO to replace Tosin. I'd like to see either a JUCO or grad transfer that can be counted on as a contributor next year.

RE: Recruiting Updates
So with Hurtado committing, we can expect to have 3 true PGs on the roster for the next two seasons? Bryant, Norton, and Hurtado?

Yes, but I think Hurtado will play off the ball.

Hurtado will be used strictly as a SG

And keep in mind Scootie could find minutes at the 2 while Nick is still here.

Barring something crazy I'd suspect this be the starting 5 next season.

RE: Recruiting Updates
Guessing based off our rules for great guards he is better than Norton yet not quite as good as Bryant.

Woohoo Dee with something positive. He looks like a pretty solid distributor for sure. Great size too.

Here's the negativity both Hurtado and Gueye will lose a star for signing with UAB

Today was the last day of the early period. Looks like he'll hold out until the spring.

RE: Recruiting Updates
Didn't sign Hurtado nor Calixte.
Calixte is picking up some new P5 interest.
