Hockey: 1 Conference Championship, 1 GLI Championship, 2 outdoor games, 2 National Tournaments, promotion to an elite conference

Basketball: Several Division Championships, 1 Conference Championship, 1 National Tournament

Football: Division Championship, win over Top 25 team, ranked, hosting a Top 6 MSU team, multiple Big 10 wins, first bowl win, numerous bowls

Also don't forget the National Tournament appearances for baseball, men's soccer, women's basketball, men's tennis, and probably several other sports.

1999 team vas very good and it's hard to compare year-to-year because of competition, much less across decades.

However - I will say this year's team may be our best ever, and if we win next three weeks, may be in conversation for one of MAC's best ever.

Yeah, have to revisit this topic after the season.

Only MAC team that stands out to me is Marshall 1999. Not only from an offense standpoint, but a brick wall D. Highest point total they allowed during regular season was 17 points (vs WMU at Waldo).

I think we have the soundest, best offense we've ever had in football. D? No. Our 2006 D, IMO, was solidly better. In the end though, I think we'd beat the 1999 team. But it'd certainly be a shoot out.
