Not so sure if we care right now...but I think an exciting QB like Howard can give a downtrodden team some hope...

I know stats are for losers (and how), but we keep outgaining teams bigtime but losing the all important scoreboard (kinda like winning the popular vote but losing the electoral college!!!!)..

Howard was consensus #1 QB in Mississippi last year, a state known for producing decent QB's (Favre and Manning, to name a couple), and OP and MSUcks backed off because they "ONLY" sign 4 stars and 5 stars...

Just hope he doesn't regress like team...and finds a spray can of "stick'em"..

If Mullens can go, I would think he starts. USM is still very much in the Bowl picture.

Howard was tough, just freshman mistakes. Glad they burned his redshirt bc hes going to be tough to deal with.

I agree re:Thompson. He was down for a while on the sideline and I'm assuming they transported him to the hospital. Said a little prayer for him. Hope he is okay.
