Wright Patt AFB Recruiting on Campus
This was passed on to me. Wright-Patterson AFB is recruiting financial people from local campuses:

Wright Patterson AFB has an "open recruiting announcement at Central State, Wright State, University of Cincinnati, and the University of Dayton and these close on 25 Nov 16. If you know of any good candidates at these schools, encourage them to contact their career placement offices for more information and to apply if interested. Interviews will be conducted in December."

As a side note, the GOP's platform promises to cut benefits. I also believe a government hiring freeze is part of their plan. I wouldn't be surprised to see cuts in FY18 (first in, first cut). But if you live in the Dayton area and want to stay there, other options aren't ubiquitous.
