Ive got a few questions that someone may be able to help me out with and assume others might have similar curiousities.

Q1 = What is the 30 ft high fence in CF for?
Q2 = Where did the signage go representing our baseball tournament history? I remember when I went to my first game (clueless of our rich heritage) that seeing that metal sign in center really sparked my interest and curiousity on our team.

Q3= Who draws up our parking lots?
The disc golf course parking has been cut in half for what appears to be no reason. They started doing it for football and I never saw this new "permit lot" more than 1/4th full. These spots have to be for little $... why cant we have someone out there selling the passes when theres the most demand for them...ON Gamedays?
Part deux... Jungle lot is a 1000 dollar purchase right?... well, couldnt we charge per game on a first come first serve basis and come out almost as well. Say 10 dollars a car... or even more?? These tailgating spots are what brings out the future diehards. I likely wouldve never gone to a baseball game if it werent for the cooler full of beer and grill etc... Trying to maintain this social atmosphere is very crucial IMO and were blowing it.

I can't get over why they didn't brick trim the sofball stadium while they were at it. And at least crushed rock layer the parking lot that is in the field.

BTW the frisbee golf park needs a remodel since it hasn't been marked correctly since the flood. Its hard to figure out which holes are which.

Disc Golf will find a new home in the 1000000000 acre intramural complex

theres no need to mark the course really as there is now the original 18... and then the "alternate 18" all the morons with bags full-o-discs like to confuse others by playing. So anyways, theres probably even a third course schemed up and being played out there now? who knows

The softball field did get quite ignored during the clark-leclair construction. Im more or less surprised there isnt some mandatory rule in place that improving a males facility doesnt have to coincide with doing the same for a womans. BTW - are there any bathrooms still outside on the stadium walls?

The wall in Center field is called the Batters Eye. I dont know about the sign but it could be something to Ask Coach about. I see and talk to him about once a month at the Friends of Baseball meetings. I think it would be a great idea to put signs that show our regular season titles and tournament titles in both the CAA and CUSA and regional appearances. It might even help with recruiting to show a recruit what we have accomplished here at ECU.

While Im glad it wasnt put there by accident... what in the world is it for?

It was basically built as an aid to the hitters so they could see the ball better. If you look straight at it you see houses in the outline so it kinda blocks that out so they can see the ball better and it also helps block out the sun. If that makes any sense at all.

yeah - it does actually.... but what might we be able to do to make it look a little nicer?

The new banners on the baseball stadium look great. This would be a good place to add some past accomplishments.
