I told my wife when I first saw this video (before it broke that he was a CNN cameraman) that I found it odd that he had been to Rwanda, yet was still in favor of Hillary. You'd likely had to be a volunteer for Samaritan's purse or doctor's without borders to have been to Rwanda, and that pipsqueak wasnt on the intellectual level to be in the medical field.
