Louisville has played down to their competition all year. That tendency is very costly for their bid for the CFP.

I agree to a solid extent, but saying "all year" is not accurate. They have 2.5 games of playing down and that absolutely is an anchor on CFP hopes. Duke, UVA, and the 1st half against Wake tonight.

2nd half tonight, yardage was something along the lines of 375 to 40 in UofL's advantage, and the Cards outscored Wake 41-0 after the half.

We'll see how these Washington and Michigan games end, that is big.

Love me some chaos!!!! Washington going down! Michigan next?

Even A&M has gone down again, will this finally end the committee love affair with them?

03-hissyfit 03-puke Sorry. I thought we had finally went and put that sucker in the basement permanently. On the bright side, Washington went down, UL is still alive after beating Wake and Iowa just intercepted Michigan so the ACC can still make it to the CFP. Boy, I go to one wedding on College Football Saturday and the whole thing goes wack-a-doodle. ;-) The wedding was nice though as was the reception.

Keep in mind, with Michigan's loss, Penn St is now in the driver's seat to win the Big 10 East. They own the tiebreaker over Ohio St.

That is hilarious! I hope PSU wins the East then gets blown out by Wisconsin. Too funny!

Here's hoping for a Minnesota vs. Penn State big 10 championship game, with Minnesota winning.

think Minnesota was eliminated last night with the loss.

most likely Wisconsin vs Ohio State, unless Penn State wins out.

Hope Clemson got one more loss.

Louisville is a much better team and can get this done. I think Clemson will lose at playoff, either at the first game or the second.

i don't think Lville is better than Clemson lol. you lost to Clemson despite 99 snaps on offense and 5 Clemson turnovers. only scored 36.

Lville has had close calls with Duke, UVA, Wake until the 4th quarter, and played one of the weakest schedules in football. i think Houston will beat Lville.

there were several horrible calls against Clemson last night.

the coaches made some bad decisions last night too. they should have ran it down near the goal line. why put the ball in the air. A FG pretty much seals the win.

Actually, Michigan is still in the driver's seat as they beat Penn State.

my projection is based on Michigan losing at Ohio State. this is based on them doing nothing against Iowa on offense.

RE: Open Thread 2016 - Week 11
if Lville gets in, and is ranked over Clemson despite Clemson winning head to head, Clemson should stop playing SEC teams out of conference. the com. doesn't care about stregnth of schedule.

. a team that didn't win their conference regular season or title shouldn't be in playoffs.
