RE: Kareem Hunt
Good number of MAC players there including Hunt, Moton, Roberts, and players from CMU, Ohio, etc.

Oh good, he's finally graduating!
I think Hunt has terrorized the MAC enough. He's a great player.

RE: Kareem Hunt
Basham got a lot of positive press as well, was on the cover of the Senior Bowl program. Hope the MAC shows well in the draft this year.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/...p-50-push/
"Lost a bit in the hype over this year's flashy pass-catchers, however, has been the stellar play of Ohio defensive end Tarell Basham and Connecticut safety Obi Melifonwu - a pair of defenders whose consistently superior play this week could have them ticketed for a top-50 selection in the 2017 draft.
As the reigning MAC Defensive Player of the Year, the 6-foot-3 5/8, 259-pound Basham entered the week already well known in the scouting community. Scouts were eager to see how well he'd fare against the top competition in Mobile. The answer has been as emphatic as it has been impressive, as Basham has been virtually unblockable, winning with his initial quickness, bend, strong hands and a variety of pass rush moves, including a wicked spin. "

Anyone know the most MAC players that have ever been drafted in a year?

BTW, as a Lions fans (pls. don't be jealous, Browns fans. Lol.) I would love to see them go for Davis and Hunt. Need help at WR and RB (and a lot of other positions, for that matter).

Barring a surprise injury or legal situation Toledo will definitely have 2 drafted - Roberts and Hunt- likely 3 as Travon Hester is rated as a 5th round pick and possibly 4 as Storm Norton is a marginal late round pick
Elsewhere Davis, Basham, Rush, the Bg punter, the WMU OT, the Kent DB, O`Conner at EMU, Mabon at ball St, Golliday at NIU, etc... lots of potential picks this year

RE: Kareem Hunt
Jerome Lane got an invite to the combine and I've seen grades as high as 4th round on him.
