An elusive QB would make our offense dy-no-mite, whether it is Howard or not. You think we're improving right now with a pocket QB like Nick, whether it's his fault or not?

one couldn't have asked for a better schedule and talent that remained and thru the door....that's coaching all day and the eighth one...

Can't dispute that stanky, just looking at the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel (and hoping it ain't an on-coming train) , and at least a raw talent like Howard has potential to make a coach look a lot smarter than he is..

Certainly yall folks aren't just now realizing that Mullens is only a system QB.

He's about 5' 11" 185 with average arm strength and below average athleticism. He does a decent job seeing the field but has always forced too many passes and missed wide open reads. Seems like a great kid but he's a system QB at best. Compare him with Austin Davis, who was 6' 2" 205 with an above average arm and was a very good athlete.......Mullens doesn't come close.
