But perhaps the gravest of Comey’s violations is that of the constitutional guarantee of due process. The essence of due process is notice and fairness. How exquisitely unfair of Comey to say, in effect, “We have something that warrants investigation of you, yet we don’t know its significance, so we can’t say what it is.” This is reminiscent of Franz Kafka’s “The Trial,” in which the lead character is being pursued for a year on unnamed charges, against which he cannot defend himself.


This pretty much sums it up in a nutshell.

All of this is on the DOJ. The should have convened and indicted Hillary last Summer and Bernie or Tim Kaine could have taken over.
When Lynch and other are in the Tank you should blame them.

Maybe if he gets her in handcuffs they can rename FBI head quarters from the J. Edgar Hoover Building to the James Comey Building.

he didn't go as far as comparing to Hoover on the morning drive radio from a couple of days ago, but he did think that Comey's letter did violate the Hatch Act.

he says there's a "way" to get this letter to sitting congressmen without it going public.

For the thousandth time, he laid out more than enough evidence to make a case. In fact he said she was guilty of crimes.

And the FBI doesn't control the DOJ. When the FBI supplies the DOJ with the evidence of crimes, they are suppose to do their jobs. FBI can offer an opinion but that's all it is.
