Records: Temple (6-3 overall, 4-1 American Athletic Conference); UConn (3-6, 1-5).

Television: ESPN2.

Coaches: Temple, Matt Rhule (4th season, 24-23); UConn, Bob Diaco (3rd year, 11-23).

All-time series: Temple leads 11-5.

Last meeting: Nov. 28, 2015, Temple won, 27-3 at Lincoln Financial Field.

Scoring offense: Temple, 33.8 ppg.; UConn, 18.3 ppg.


Diaco thinks offense is ridiculous.

Wll diacos new offensive coordinator improve the husky offence, no because their offensive line stinks. During hcre tenure the huskies had good running games..

We sacked UCONN's QB 4 times.

Dont be surprised if this game is closer than many think. Its at home and I think UConn will rally as a team. Temple strength is the run which UConn defense is better at stopping than the pass. This could be one of those low scoring games were turn overs decides outcome.
