We were 4th earlier in the year as well. Also, we have already beaten #3 Clemson, AT Clemson.

I think we are 2-1-1 against top 25 teams, and played them all on the road.

Charlotte soccer is probably the single best program in all of Conference USA since CUSA 3.0 started. It's soccer though, so it doesn't get a ton of attention.

Had no idea CUSA was down in soccer this year. Don't we usually have 2 or 3 teams in the top 25? CUSA is not even receiving votes. I know the Monarchs have been in the top 25 many times and were excited about CUSA because it was a much better soccer conference than the CAA.

Charlotte is 5th. Kentucky is ranked in the teens. New Mexico and South Carolina are both receiving votes.

Maybe it is a bit of a down year, but the conference is still doing well.

Congrats Charlotte fans. FIU was supposed to have a strong team as well and we were ranked at times throughout the season but it has dropped off. But like you guys mentioned we have a strong soccer conference. Maybe as the sport continues to grow nationally for the sport this might mean something.

Well, we tied App St yesterday so we'll see how bad that may hurt.

FIU and UAB traditionally also very good, but both seem to be down a little this year.
