Are you saying that Collins doesn't have a strong desire for football, or that New England was the reason he was a 2nd team All-Pro last season?

Because,the former I could somewhat see....The latter, however, 05-nono

I think New England does have a system that certain players thrive in. Collins is a good player, but I think the New England defense made him really good. He will never be the same dominant player.

Jamie Collins will be a player for any team he plays for. Your lack of knowledge about his talent is amusing.

Not at all. He attributed Collin's dominance as a player to being in the Patriots system. Jamie Collins is a beast and will be a great player wherever he plays. The guy doesn't have a clue what he is talking about.

Doubt they would have traded him to anybody with a shot at the playoffs.

have you seen the Saints lately? they aren't making the playoffs and it's probably in their best interest to have really high draft picks

I guess the question would be have you seen the Saints lately? They have a chance to win the division. But they aren't going to give up a 3rd round pick for a player with a half a season left on his contract without an extension.

After last night, the division is nearly locked up.

Bias? If bias means I have kept up with his career in the NFL and it is impressive as hell, then color me biased. I don't drink the kool aid when it comes to USM football, but Jamie Collins is the real damn deal. That is why this trade was all over the national media.

Yeah right. After we beat SF we're 1.5 back with 8 to play. You have a long way to go.
