The Demon-cratic administration in Chicago are racists. They want Blacks to depopulate their own. That's why they don't do anything about the violence. Since it stays in the ghettos they're okay with it. If it went beyond the ghettos you could be sure something would be done to squelch the problem before it got worst but still leave the violence intact in the ghettos.
