RE: Sat night @ Denver
Losing to Denver in Denver is nothing to be ashamed of for any squad. Not this year.

Did our success the first weekends of the season only come because BGSU and Ferris St look horrible this year? (Last I checked they only had 1 win between them)

But anyways, I think we should've at least split vs Denver. A couple close games against Denver are nothing to hang the hat on when we're looking for Ws. A split vs Miami this weekend would be disappointing.

Love it...and for the nostalgic fan, 2 Ferris, 2 BGU, 1 MSU, 4 Miami and 1 MORE game vs Michigan or Michigan Tech. And let's not forget about NCHC tournament time, 2-5 more games vs top teams that could also lead to a NCAA tournament bid. WOW is all I can say

Yes I love this year's schedule. Also got Air Force and Arizona St at home both.
Yes, we can recruit against the North Dakotas. They only get 3 F and 2 D per year and that still leaves a lot of talent out there

Agree on Ferris and BGU, I thought both were over rated comming in and early season results says I was correct.

Denver is a very tough place to play and teams are very fortunate to pick up points there. To compound that, ice was horrible due to warm weather, players losing edges and puck bouncing all over the place. And I'm ok with the 2 loses, as long as we sweep them back at Kalamazoo, which I believe they can/will do this.

I like the Air Force series, wondering if that will be military appreciation night? Saratoria is a good coach and gets the most out of his team's. They are always a gritty, hard working, in your face type of team that won't go away. They also have a good goalie, so this series is not going to be a cake walk

The big thing for this team is to defend their home ice.
