Tier 1 - WMU

Memphis can not be ahead of Navy, because Navy beat Memphis.

Fair enough. Maybe I have a built in biased against Navy since I have visions of Notre Dame taking them out back and spanking them for 4 hours.

Crazy a$$ game for sure. Wyoming is looking really good right now with their coach, qb, and running back. They still have San Diego State and USU which will be tough for them. It's western Michigans to lose now.
