The @WSJ reports that the NCAA has informed Baylor it will not sanction the school as it did Penn State for sexual-assault scandal.

the NCAA has abdicated all moral authority at this point. Re-hang the banners and dare em to do something about it

BU ain't off the hook quite yet...

The National Collegiate Athletic Association has notified Baylor that it won’t exert its executive authority to impose sweeping sanctions against the school for broad institutional failings, and will instead follow its normal investigative process, according to people familiar with the matter.

Oh...that is great news for NCAA Employees...who will collect all the air miles, hotel points...enjoy some nice fully expense meals, etc...and then in 18 months...come up with an outline...and then fill in all the blanks 3-4 months after that...basically stating "Baylor Univ has reformed all of their procedures and those noted of wrong doing are no longer working at this University".
